A hospitality textile programme is a single coordinated supply of every textile in a room: bedding, towels and bath linens, robes, throws, bed runners, cushions and mattress protection. The commercial value is not any individual price — it is that one party is accountable for colour consistency across the whole room and one shipment arrives against one customs entry.
Specifying a textile without knowing the end use is how the wrong fill weight and the wrong construction get ordered. These are the real commercial applications.

Yes, and that is precisely the point of this programme. Bedding, towels, bathrobes, throws, bed runners, cushions and mattress protectors can be specified, dyed and shipped together so that one party is accountable for the room as a whole.
All items in a programme are dyed to the same Pantone reference and issued as physical swatches before production. This is the specific failure mode of split sourcing: a towel and a duvet cover that were supposed to match, from two different suppliers, that do not.
We hold the sealed golden sample from the original order. Replacement runs are matched against that physical reference rather than against a description, which is why it works after a gap. Hospitality replaces by attrition, not by season.

Yes, but we do it backwards. Give us the handover or opening date first and we will work back through shipping, production and material lead times, then tell you whether it is achievable. We would rather decline a date at the enquiry stage than miss it at the delivery stage.
