We ship worldwide from Hangzhou, China. The shipping terms for each order are stated on the proforma invoice and follow the agreed Incoterms.
We quote and ship on the Incoterm agreed with the buyer — commonly EXW, FOB, CIF or DDP. The Incoterm on the proforma invoice determines who arranges freight, insurance, import clearance and duties, and where risk passes.
Lead time is stated on the proforma invoice and normally starts after we receive the deposit and approve the final specification and sample. Production time depends on the product, quantity, material availability and finishing requirements. We will tell you promptly if a delay is likely.
Unless otherwise agreed, goods are packed for export in polybags and export cartons, with shipping marks as agreed. Retail packaging, hangtags, barcodes, FBA preparation and compression packing are available when specified in the order.
Depending on the agreed terms, shipping documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificate of origin and any inspection or compliance documents agreed in the order. We will send copies before shipment where practical.
We inspect goods before packing. If the buyer appoints a third-party inspection, the inspection should be completed before shipment, and any findings should be sent to us promptly so that they can be addressed before the goods leave the factory.
Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterm. The buyer should check the cartons on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. Damage caused in transit should be claimed against the carrier or insurer; we will provide the documents needed to support a claim.
Unless the order is DDP, import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges and destination charges are the buyer's responsibility. We can provide the product information needed for classification, but the buyer or its customs broker is responsible for the final declaration.
